NITIN GADKARI’S INTERVIEW ON TEEKHI BAAT, IBN 7

“I feel that the President of India should be a person who will make our country proud, who will give a way and proper direction for development of the nation. It doesn’t matter whether the person is a politician or not, whether he or she belongs to BJP or not. What matters is that the President should be an honourable person who would build up respect and pride for our country and make it glorious. I will not get dejected even if I will discontinue as a President of Bhartiya Janata Party in the second term as I am not working for achieving any kind of ambitious position in politics. Whatever role party will decide for me, I will gladly accept it and do it for next 25 years.”

NITIN GADKARI’S INTERVIEW ON KAHIYE JANAAB ON ZEE NEWS.

“Political party is like a superfast train. At every station some leaders gets in and out of it. We are a democratic party and the senior leaders like Atalji & Advaniji from our party have always encouraged new generation. They have never forced their decisions onto us and on the contrary they have always supported new leadership. We are pleased to seek their guidance, knowledge and experience which are vast. Development of my own self is not my mission. With new initiatives and development oriented approach, I want to bring in a change in the present scenario of villages and cities of India. It is not the question of Congress or BJP but of development and in real sense I want to change the definition of politics.”

NITIN GADKARI’S INTERVIEW ON ENCOUNTER, TV 9 MUMBAI.

“I feel that the true meaning of Politics is working for the society in the fields of Health, Education, Service and Development. We want to change the power politics and make India free from poverty, starvation, corruption and terrorism. We want to build a strong and contended India where all people get social as well as economic justice; where there will be no discrimination in the name of caste, creed, religion and sex. To build such a nation is our aim and to achieve this aim is our mission. I feel sad about today’s economic condition of Maharashtra. There is lot of corruption and other issues of draught, water scarcity, farmers’ suicide etc in Maharashtra which are a cause of pain for me. I have a strong bonding with the land of Maharashtra, problems of Maharashtra and people of Maharashtra and so I cannot stay away from the issues of Maharashtra.”
